2. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The product was damaged during delivery

You received the wrong item

The product is defective or leaking
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused

The original packaging must be intact

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Proof (photos/videos) must be shared via WhatsApp or email
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened or used perfumes

Tester packs once opened

Change of mind after delivery

Fragrance preference issues
We recommend ordering tester packs before purchasing full-size bottles.
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5β7 working days

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will require bank details for refund processing
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
